Retrieval
Give us a login to the utility's portal. We sign in around each billing cycle, collect every new bill, extract it and deliver it to you.
Includes processing of every ordinary bill for that account.

Processing
You already have the PDFs. Send each one to our API and we return a structured, checked statement for every bill in it.
$0.40 per statement above 10,000 statements in a month.
- check_circleSummary bills: $0.50 for the bill plus $0.10 for each child statement.
- check_circleA file you already sent is answered as a duplicate, not extracted again.
- check_circleScanned bills accepted.

New portals
Free when the utility's portal runs on a platform we already support. Free for any other portal when you commit 25 or more active accounts on it for 12 months; otherwise a one-time $500 setup. Portals behind CAPTCHAs, text-message codes or heavy bot detection are quoted individually.
Monthly minimum
$250 a month across retrieval and processing combined. Usage above it is billed at the rates above.
